Inspection Agreement form. Must be read, understood and agreed upon before I begin the Inspection on-site. Your signature will be required on the printed version I will present to you on inspection day.

Please read the agreement and standards before the Inspection date to save some time on-site. The CAPHI Standards of Practice is part of the Inspection Agreement and need to be read as well. Click HERE to view The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAPHI) Standards of Practice. Please review them so you know what Inspectors are required to inspect and what we do not inspect. If you have any questions concerning the agreement or standards, please contact me.
