in selling my Home Inspection business. The ideal person would be
someone who has recently taken the Home Inspection courses along with
WETT training and is retired with a pension but wants to make extra
income and write off some expenses to help with taxes.

tools and software required to produce the reports. Plus I'm willing to
stay on for the first year to assist you or provide on-site training.
I work 2 jobs now and run the Inspection business part time but it's
growing to the point where it needs someone who can do it full time now.
I find the winter months get quiet so I can't see me doing this full
time but if you were available during the spring/summer/Fall, you can
make a good income but the key I find is being available especially
during the week days which I'm not available.
